Forgiven and Set Free

6:00 PM - 8:00 PM

Forgiven and Set Free is a Christ-centered, confidential Bible study for women who have been negatively impacted by abortion. Author Linda Cochrane writes, "No matter what drives a woman to end a pregnancy, there are physical, psychological and spiritual side effects most don't anticipate. Feelings of guilt, shame and regret become a heavy burden and many women feel they will never be free, that no one understands, that God will never forgive them." Trained facilitators who have also felt the secret pain of abortion lead participants to find help with issues such as denial, anger, forgiveness, depression and more through God's word. Past participants have this to say about the study: "Forgiven and Set Free was a life changer for me!" "...a real blessing to all the hidden, hurting post abortive ladies out there." "It may have taken me 30 years, but I know God's forgiveness now." Due to the sensitivity of the topic and out of respect for privacy, study location will not be made public. Days and times listed below are subject to change based on the needs of the group. Confidential inquiries can be sent to: forgivenandsetfree@bethelfc.com

God’s mercies are new every day

The incredible new song from Micah Tyler called “New Today” recently reminded me  of when I was baptized as a kid, and how badly I wanted to be baptized again years later after I had fallen away from Christ.
