We are once again offering our BIO Girls Self Defense program to girls in Grades 3-6 this Fall. This program includes the BIO Girls’ curriculum that focuses on self-esteem, boundaries, healthy relationships, relational bullying, etc. all geared towards girls. Our physical activity is Self Defense where we focus on situational awareness and simple techniques that could be used to escape a larger attacker.
It’s a 12-week program that will run on Fridays from 4:30-6:15pm from September 13-December 13. Get registered online at biogirls.org/register. Contact Katie with any questions ([email protected]).
