Who We Are

Dear Friend,

“Where has the time gone?” I think we’ve all asked that question at some point in our lives. Time just slips away, and once it’s gone, it’s gone.

That’s why making good use of our time is so important—investing it in things that really matter, like our relationship with God and our relationships with family members and friends.

Just recently, that truth really hit home for Jackie while she was listening to Life 97.9. She wrote:

“I heard a new song by Jason Gray, ‘It’s Good to Be Alive.’ It just expresses so many thoughts that I’ve been having lately . . . thanks to God for the gifts that He’s given me, joy in my family, heartfelt joy in being here at this time and place. I don’t want to waste a single day. Each day I pray that God would help me show love to those around me so that they would be drawn to the Lord.”

But Life 97.9 couldn’t have impacted Jackie’s life with that truth without the strong partnership of friends like you. As a listener-supported ministry, we need your gifts—especially now during Spring SHARE.

SHARE is one of this station’s most exciting times of the year. It’s a time when we get to connect with friends like you, to hear your voices and to hear wonderful testimonies like Jackie’s about how Life 97.9 is making a difference in your life and in your relationships with others. And it’s one of the most important fundraising events of the year for the station.

That’s why your participation in SHARE is so important. You are a vital part of everything we do. You are the reason why we exist. And when you support Life 97.9, you provide the encouragement people like Jackie need to share the love of God with others—multiplying the impact of your gift!

So please, take a moment right now to use the form on this page to support this powerful ministry. We value your partnership, and we depend on your prayers and gifts each and every day.

Your gift today will be greatly appreciated, not only by friends like Jackie who enjoy listening to Life 97.9, but also by every life these people impact through sharing the love of God with others. So please, give generously today!

In Him,

Tim Unsinn
