Grief Journeys for Adults Support Group - Daytime Group

Hospice of the Red River Valley offers a free ongoing grief support group for anyone 18 years and older who have experienced a loss through death. The group meets on the fourth Tuesday of each month from 1-2:30 p.m. at Hospice of the Red River Valley located at 1701 38th St. S., Fargo, N.D. This group is free and open to the public. Adoption Information Meeting

Those interested in learning more about adoption are invited to a free informational meeting at 6 p.m. Tuesday, Sept. 25, at The Village Family Service Center, 1201 25th St. S., Fargo. Discussions include types of adoption opportunities, children available for adoption, and timeframes. The meeting also includes a question-and-answer session. Pregnancy and Infant Loss Support Group

This group is co-facilitated by Hospice of the Red River Valley and Harlynn's Heart. How to Help a Grieving Friend

When a friend loses a loved one through death, we struggle to know what to do. Working through grief involves accepting the loss, experiencing the pain of that loss, and creating a different bond or relationship with the person you have lost. This free presentation offers attendees ways to help a friend who has experienced the loss of a loved one. This class is free and open to the public, but pre-registration are required by Sept. 20. Her mission is to make a profound and positive impact on the world.Teresa can relate to multiple priorities, full schedules and the fact that it can be a challenge to keep up with life. Adoptive Moms Retreat

Finding Joy in the Journey - An Adoptive Moms Retreat This retreat is to provide support, resources and encouragement for area adoptive moms, as they are on the journey of parenting. We want to let them to know they are not alone. We will have speakers, workshops, handouts, snacks and lunch (all included in your registration fee).
